Is this suitable during the New Entrant period?
The pack can help you organize and document written procedures during the New Entrant period, but it is not an audit guarantee. You must still maintain the actual records, evidence, programs and controls that apply to your operation.
Does this include completed Driver Qualification Files?
No. It includes a Licensing, Qualifications and DQ File Procedure. You must create and maintain the required qualification file and supporting records for each applicable driver.
Does this include official FMCSA forms?
No. The pack contains editable company policies and procedures. Official forms and regulatory records must be obtained, completed and retained separately where required.
TrackFleet is based in the UK. How do I know this is actually written for US carriers?
The documents use US motor-carrier terminology throughout, including USDOT Number, FMCSA, CMV, HOS, ELD, RODS, DVIR and DQ File. This is not the TrackFleet UK operator-licence policy pack. What file format will I receive?

Can I add my company details?

Does the pack guarantee DOT or FMCSA compliance?
No. It is a documentation framework. Your company remains responsible for understanding applicable requirements, customizing the documents, implementing the procedures and maintaining accurate records and evidence.
